On behalf of everyone associated with the Simonian Little League, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and your child to another great year of Simonian Little League baseball/softball. The Board of Directors, along with many other volunteers, has been working hard since the end of the last season preparing for the 2005 season. To make this year a success we need your SUPPORT and PARTICIPATION. I can attest to the fact that over the years, many long standing friendships have started as a result of getting involved in your Little League. With your involvement we can continue the tradition of teaching our children about the game of baseball/softball, as well as teaching the qualities of good sportsmanship and teamwork, which are lessons; they will keep with them for a lifetime.

New software release by Rainier. The new owners didn't waste any time and are pushing out a new software release tonight, the same day they acquired it. According to the release notes it primarily contains enhancements to existing features. The new automatic email notifications for past due amounts are great and will save me a ton of time. It's great to see them do a new release as their software ROCKS! CynthiaM, CA

Just learned that Rainier Software, Inc. purchases the assets of Arena Group, Inc. on May 20, 2009. Apparently they were the only bidder, hired all of the support and technical staff and have already taken over. They say on their website that unlike most online registration companies they don't hold credit card funds instead have them flow directly to the client. That's WAY better! JimT, OH
